1928 Art Deco Silver Tone Open Metal Filigree Brooch Pin Marcasite & Faux Pearl This beautiful, art deco style sparkling brooch pin by 1928 is preowned, has not been used, still on the original card, and is in excellent condition for the right person. This brooch features a faux pearl center with a sideways marquis shape. In addition there are plenty of real marcasite stones scattered around this brooch to make it sparkle and shine brightly. It has an open metal design that lets light shine in and reflects the color of fabric it is attached to. It closes with a rolling C clasp and the lock, pin, hinge and clasp are in working order. This pin measures approximately 1 & 1/2" long x 1" wide. Conditional issues are light surface scratching from being moved around in a very large jewelry box and drawer over the years. As well, the display card is has some peels and some remaining tags but overall is in acceptable condition. This is a petite brooch pin that it is sure to get comments from admirers. It was made with wonderful quality right here in the USA and should last for many more decades to come.
